You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and ownership of every item you list. Do not sell prohibited, counterfeit, unsafe or stolen goods.

Pricing guidance

Suggested prices are estimates, not valuations or guarantees. Check comparable sold items, marketplace rules, fees, postage and local demand before publishing.

Marketplace responsibility

HomeCostPilot is independent of eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Vinted, Depop and Gumtree. Your use of any marketplace remains subject to that platform’s terms.

Subscriptions

Paid plans will renew monthly until cancelled. Full billing terms will be shown before checkout when paid subscriptions open.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful material, impersonate others, mislead buyers or attempt to disrupt the service.
